This project is co-funded by European Union, and I got the opportunity to work with the team as a project manager through Infinitivity Design Labs (IDL) from February, 2025.

I was involved in both content development and community coordination. My responsibilities included designing learning modules, testing them in collaboration with international partners, localizing all learning materials, and organizing outreach efforts for the piloting and multiplier events.

My contribution

Module development

Since I joined the project after months it started, I did some research on the field and topic the project is aiming, and developed part of the modules for the VET training course according to the module development guideline.

TPM in Zagreb, Croatia

I have joined the TPM in Zagreb, Croatia to test drive the module each partner has developed, and to make sure all partners are on the same page  on the necessary steps to complete the project.

Content localization

With the help of AI translation tool, SmartCat, I localized all the module and content to French.

Organizing piloting and multiplier event

To overcome the lack of existing connections with the target audience, I took the initiative to identify relevant schools, educators, and community organizations aligned with the project's goals. I conducted direct outreach through cold calls and personalized email campaigns, carefully tailoring messages to each audience. As responses came in, I adjusted my communication strategies to improve engagement and ensure clarity. I also coordinated closely with stakeholders to secure participation and facilitate meaningful feedback during both the piloting phase and the multiplier event.

Challenges & Problem-solving

One of the biggest challenges I faced was organizing the piloting and multiplier event without any pre-existing network of target users. As the company had no direct connections to schools or educators relevant to the project, I had to build that network from the ground up. I began by identifying potential stakeholders—such as local teachers, institutions, and language learning communities—and reached out to them directly through cold calls and personalized emails. It was a time-intensive and uncertain process, especially balancing this with my other project responsibilities. However, by adjusting my messaging based on response patterns and being persistent in follow-ups, I was able to secure engagement and participation. This experience taught me how to communicate value clearly, stay organized in stakeholder management, and adapt quickly when the usual pathways aren’t available.
